The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to:

• Receive the President’s Annual Report for 2020.
• Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2020.
• Receive the General Manager’s Report for 2020.
• Declaration of Ballot for 2021 Committee.
• Appointment of Auditors for 2021.
• Appointment of Honorary Solicitor 2021.
• Consideration of any other matter for which written notice has been given by 5.00pm, Wednesday, 24th March 2021

2021 COMMITTEE

In accord with RSL Victoria Branch Rules (By-law 10A) the Committee of the Bairnsdale RSL Sub-Branch Inc for 2021 shall be:

• President
• Senior Vice President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Committee Member (5)

Election of 2021 COMMITTEE

In accord with RSL Victorian Branch Rules (By-Law 10a (20a) the following Committee positions shall be declared vacant with effect the 2021 AGM:

• President – (2 year)
• Secretary – (2 year)
• 3 x Committee Members – (2 years)

(Retiring members of the Committee are eligible to nominate for re-election to any Committee position)

(Note: Only 2021 Financial – Life, service or Affiliate Members of The Bairnsdale RSL Sub- Branch Inc may nominate for election to the above committee positions).
